What do I need to do to qualify?
- To qualify for a buy back of $100 cash (CDs) and $70 cash (Cassettes), and $100 (bookchip $85 + player $15) the item must be purchased from Used Pimsleur for our full retail price. Rental sets are not eligible for buybacks. The payment can be made via check, Pay Pal, credit card refund, or as a voucher toward another level per the customer's instruction.
- All items must be included (i.e. original case, reading booklet, all CDs or Cassettes, etc.)
- All CDs or Cassettes must be in working condition.
- Only Comprehensive Level programs are eligible.
- Customer will pay for shipping to Cheap Pimsleur.
- Each Comprehensive CD is eligible for the $100 (CDs)/$70 (tapes) payment. Payment is made via Check, Money Order, Pay Pal or coupon towards another Pimsleur Product.
- Buy Back sets MUST be sent with delivery confirmation or tracking options. Customers must retain this information for delivery verification.
- The Buy Back offer is valid for one year from the time of purchase for eligible items.
- Payment is made via Check, Pay Pal, Credit Card Refund as specified by customer; A coupon towards another Pimsleur Product may also be requested. Many buy backs are processed within one week. Payments are usually made within 4 - 5 weeks of the set(s) being received and payment process depends on the number of buy backs being processed in any given period. All buy back sets are processed as guaranteed.
